As a chartered corporate accountant for over a decade, I have experienced high levels of stress, struggled to relax, and sought ways to enhance my well-being.

Apart from practicing Yoga and meditation, I discovered the benefits of essential oils, which helps me to unwind, reduce stress, boost immunity, and enhance my overall happiness. It was life changing to me as I felt more confident, happy & calm, and achieve better efficiency at work.

Delving into a diploma course in clinical aromatherapy on the side, I began to understand how the chemistry of essential oils positively influences our emotions and physiology.

After completing my studies and becoming a member of ANTA (Australia Natural Therapy Association), it's heartbreaking for me to see so many so call "natural" brands, while artificial fragrance and adulterated essential oils are used.

Artificial fragrance is one of the biggest air pollutants, which are hormone disruptors, allergens, and is culprit of many headaches and migraine. Long term exposure can cause reproductive issues and cancers.

This needs to be changed as we don't need to risk our health to enjoy scents, hence the creation of Bella Aromatica.
